12 Case Studies
Selected examples of the manipulation of
Swiss-PdbViewer will be presented. Each example demonstrates problems
that frequently arise. They are intended to focus the user attention
on important details he should be aware of to take the maximum out of
Swiss-Model and Swiss-PdbViewer.
