Overview of the Structure used to cover the targets in the WHO mutation catalog. A variant causing resistance against a specific drug on a specfiic protein describes a drug-target pair. Every row in the table below corresponds to a drug-target pair and describes how the structure situation of the drug-target pair was resolved. It describes if the antibiotic is known to be interacting with the corresponding pair and how it was ensured that the drug of interest is present in the structure. The annotation of the necessity of the presence of a drug was performed in a conservative way, which means that still controversial interactions between drugs and targets were annotated as "no drug needed".
