This is the original implementation of lDDT, from 2013.

You should instead be using version 2.0, incorporated into the Structure Assessment tool!

The local Distance Difference Test (lDDT) is a superposition-free score which evaluates local distance differences in a model compared to a reference structure. Please provide model and reference structures (using identical numbering of the amino acid sequence):
